iCloud sharing doesnt work!

I set up my portfolios on my iPad 2. I click the iCloud sync and then click "Yes. Overwrite iCloud". I then do to one of my other devices (iPhone 6 SE, or iPad min) and click iPad sync. Then I click. "Copy from iCloud". I would expect that the portfolios would effectively be copied to the other devices. But nothing. Contacting support, says do the same thing. I have several portfolios with many different securities. It took way to long to set them up. My alternative is to set them up on every device and manually synchronize them. NOT what I thought I was paying for!

What is with the nickname about Stock Market Pro: Stock Trading, Charts & Alerts
