Not responding to my bug report

I have found a lot of bugs in this app. But as a mobile developer, I understand that some mistakes are unavoidable. So I left you a lot of bug reports and feedbacks, rather than just leaving a 1 star here. But your non-responsive attitude makes me annoying, especially for a customer who spent $$ to purchase your buggy app and kindly provide feedback for free.
